Help get the word out about Frameline31: Frameline's 31st San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival. By promoting the Festival, you're supporting Frameline's mission to strengthen the diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community and further its visibility by supporting and promoting a broad array of cultural representations and artistic expression in film, video and other media arts.

Here’s what you can do to help promote the Festival:

    Frameline31, the 31st San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival
    The San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival celebrates its 31st anniversary this year with Frameline31, 11 days of the best queer cinema from home and abroad. Cinematic stories of love, lust, friends, family, good deeds and bad behavior span countries and communities, revealing a stunning diversity of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender aesthetics and experiences. Festival favorites such as André Téchiné, Jamie Babbit and Eytan Fox return with new features, icons such as Robert Mapplethorpe and Alexis Arquette are profiled in hard-hitting documentaries, and there’ll be plenty of fun in boys’ and girls’ shorts.

    Advance tickets go on sale May 25 online at or at the Frameline31 ticket outlet located inside Superstar Satellite, 474 Castro Street (between Market and 18th). Ticket Outlet hours are 1:00 pm–8:00 pm daily beginning Friday, May 25 (for Frameline members) and Friday, June 1 (for general public). Unless otherwise noted, tickets are $10 general, $9 members; and $8 general, $7 members for screenings beginning at 5:00 pm or earlier. Castro Passes, good for admission to all screenings other than Opening Night and Closing Night, are available for $200. Daytime Matinee Passes, good for admission to all daytime screenings at the Castro Theatre on Friday, June 15 and Monday, June 18 through Friday, June 22 starting no later than 5pm, are available for $35.
