Shorts

Great things continue to come in small packages, and short films have always been a large part of the Festival. With online video viewing increasing by leaps and bounds, queer filmmakers are churning out more and more short-form productions. Frameline continues to bring what are often some of the best small films to the big screen with 155 shorts screening across twenty programs, from the perennial favorites Fun in Girls' Shorts and Fun in Boys' Shorts to the sci-fi fantasy program OUTer Limits and Bi Request, a specially curated program of shorts about bisexuality. Many of these shorts will be released internationally by Frameline Distribution, which has a record number of films in this year's Festival.
