Transgender Film Focus

Beginning with Opening Night Film Gun Hill Road, Frameline presents a focus on transgender cinema in honor of the Festival's 35th Anniversary. Films about transgender people have been a major part of the Festival since the first year. Between thirteen film programs and a special conversation entitled "We Who Are Sexy: The Whirlwind History of Transgender Images in Cinema," get your fill of transgender cinema at Frameline35.
